Return Policy and Terms of Sale

By making a purchase on www.hsmoda.com, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this section. Please read them carefully before completing an order.

1. Type of Products

HS MODA offers two categories of products:

Tailored and customized products (e.g. clothes made to specific sizes, fabrics, patterns, colors chosen by the customer)
Non-customized/ready-to-use products, when available (e.g., standard accessories, sale items, samples)

2. Return Policy

Customized products

Pursuant to Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), there is no right of withdrawal For:

"the supply of custom-made or clearly customized goods."

Therefore, orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned once the production process starts (which begins about 12 hours after order confirmation).

Non-customized products

For standard non-customized products, you can request the refund, return or exchange within 30 days From the date of purchase.

The order number
The reason for the request
If possible, photographs of the product received

The request will be reviewed by 2 working days, and you will receive an email notification with the outcome.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled By the same day that the following are made, provided that production has not yet started.
After the start of processing, the order Will no longer be erasable or editable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If an item is received that is damaged or deviates from the stated specifications, the customer must report it within 48 hours after delivery, attaching photographs and a detailed description.
HS MODA will, where possible, provide a free replacement or to a agreed alternative solution.

5. Refund Time (for non-customized products only)

If approved, the refund will be issued with the following timelines:

Credit/debit cards: within 1 working day
Bank transfer: Within 7 working days (bank charges to be paid by the customer)
PayPal: within 1 working day
Other payment methods: between 5 and 7 working days

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless error attributable to HS MODA.

6. Jurisdiction

For any legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction will be. Prato (PO), Italy.
