This Shipping Policy details the timing, costs, conditions, and responsibilities related to the shipping of our products, in accordance with international regulations and e-commerce guidelines.
🧵 Production and Processing Time
All products sold on HS FASHION are tailor-made, based on the measurements and preferences provided by the customer (e.g., height, circumferences, fabrics, color, pattern, etc.).
We do not sell items in standard sizes or off-the-shelf.
- Estimated production time: from 30 to 60 working days (1-2 months) from the Receipt of down payment and complete measurements.
- During holidays, high season or for complex orders, times may vary slightly. In such cases, we will notify the customer by email.
⚠️ The production process is started Only after order confirmation and down payment has been made.
📦 Availability and Partial Shipping
All orders are subject to availability.
In the rare event that one or more of the items ordered are temporarily unavailable, we will ship items available immediately, and the rest of the order will be shipped at a later date, at no additional cost for the customer.
🚚 Shipping Time
After completion of production, order preparation and shipment takes place within 2-3 working days.
Average delivery time (from date of shipment):
- Italy: 2-5 working days
- European Union (EU): 3-7 working days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 working days (may vary by country, local customs and delivery methods)
We use reliable couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or equivalent. All shipments are traceable, with code provided by email.
💰 Shipping Costs
- Free shipping worldwide for orders over $129.
- For orders under 129€, the costs are:
- Italy: 10€
- European Union: 15€
- Non-EU countries: 25€
Le shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of error on our part or damage confirmed upon delivery.
🌍 International Taxes, Duties and Charges
The client is responsible for All customs duties, VAT, import taxes and excise taxes possibly applicable in the country of destination.
These costs are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery, if requested by local authorities.
You are advised to consult local customs regulations before placing an order.
🗺️ Unsupported locations
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (P.O. Box)
- APO/FPO Military Addresses
- Areas subject to international embargoes or restrictions (high-risk countries)
✏️ Changes to the delivery address
Any changes to the shipping address must be reported by 48 hours From order confirmation.
We will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
📦 Partial Deliveries and Multiple Shipments
Depending on availability or the nature of the order, the entire purchase may be shipped in several separate shipments.
In such a case, the client no additional charge will be made.
📤 Tracking and Notification
Once the package is shipped, the customer will receive a email confirmation With the tracking code.
Delivery status can be tracked on the courier site.
⏰ Delays in Delivery
Despite efforts to meet the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to external factors such as:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Customs delays
- Strikes or logistical congestion
- Other unpredictable events
HS FASHION is not responsible For delays caused by such events.
📦 Products damaged on delivery
If one or more items are found to be damaged at the time of delivery, the client must Report it to us within 5 days working, enclosing photographs and a brief description of the damage at the address:
